Since 1987, SCLAFANI COOKING SCHOOL, INC. (SCS) has enjoyed an excellent reputation with industry leaders through our 2000+ Commercial Cook/Baker graduates working in a variety of professional venues such as restaurants, hotels, casinos, offshore caterings and more.
At this time, we are not accepting new students for the four weeks Commercial Cook/Baker training program.
SCLAFANI COOKING SCHOOL is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Regents as a post-secondary proprietary school. The American Culinary Federation accepts SCLAFANI COOKING SCHOOL, INC. continuing education points towards professional certification and re-certification.
ServSafe classes are open to the public and will continue once a month. Please Call, (504)833-7861 for an appointment to enroll in the ServSafe class and Exam.
